Senior Construction Manager

Includes, but not limited to, scheduling daily construction activities, inspecting the quality of work, budgeting, reviewing shop drawings and invoices, attending homeowner meetings, maintaining Energy Star, green building compliance, and adhering to plans and specifications, along with providing superior service.

Pre-Construction Manager

An essential member of our team, the Pre-Construction Services Manager, is responsible for aligning expectations from design through construction. Our system manages the complex flow of information amongst clients, design partners, individual trade, and vendor relationships. It encourages open collaboration across all stake holders. In short, the role is focused on creating and maintaining the alignment of purpose. This highly integrated leadership role requires a high level of organization and a proactive team-building approach.

Carpenter Staff

Our Construction/Carpentry staff is an integral part of our team. Artisan Build Construct is looking for someone with 4-7 years professional experience in home remodeling, improvement or repair, building maintenance and/or handyperson services. A dedication to assisting others, learning new means and methods, sharing skills with developing team members in a variety of areas including carpentry, drywall finishing, light plumbing and/or electrical. Tiling and flooring experience is a plus. An ability to think on your feet, be creative, and solve problems for our customers. Helpful, courteous, and a friendly personality.
